Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Daniel's Harbour Water Supply Area for the Community of Daniel's Harbour as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 459000 5563000 46° 00' for a distance of 800 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 292° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 345° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 51° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 112° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 213° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,775 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.

The Daniel's Harbour Water Supply Area Notice for the Community of Daniel's Harbour, Newfoundland Regulation 197/92, is repealed.
