Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Dribble Brook Water Supply Area for the Town of St. George's as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 640910 129° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 148° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 99° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,075 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 69° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 64° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 30° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 317° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 280° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,625 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 254° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 244° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,150 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
