Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Pynn's Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Summerside as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 429000 5427000 31° 00' for a distance of 460 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 320° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 920 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 49° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,640 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 16° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,040 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 75° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 162° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 810 metres to the point of commencement.

Then from the above point by a line drawn 193° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,800 metres to the point of commencement.

Then from the above point by a line drawn 208° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres to the point of commencement.

Then from the above point by a line drawn 300° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
