Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Rose Blanche Brook Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 373000 5275000 295° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 236° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 273° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 283° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 330° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 40° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 316° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 52° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 115° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 180° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 108° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 875 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 222° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 231° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 178° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the point of commencement.
