Notice of Protected Watershed Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the St. Lawrence River Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 990210 32° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 875 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 87° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 320° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 39° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 6,200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 21° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,575 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 8° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 334° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 228° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 220° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,825 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 243° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 154° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 186° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 254° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,075 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 152° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,275 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 214° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,225 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 184° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 109° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 172° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,775 metres to the point of commencement.
