Designation of Inspectors Order
under the
Heritage Animals Act

Under the authority of section 6 of the Heritage Animals Act , I make the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as Designation of Inspectors Order .

        2. In this Order, "Act" means the Heritage Animals Act .

Inspectors designated

        3. The Director of Animal Health and Regional Veterinarians in the employ of the Animal Health Division of the Department of Forest Resources and Agrifoods are designated as inspectors under paragraph 6(1)(c) of the Act.

        4. This Order shall come into force on September 15, 1997 .
