Notice of Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area

Environment Ac t

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate an area within the municipal boundaries of the Town of Traytown as a wellhead protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the provincial Electoral District of Terra Nova abutted and bounded as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference, NAD27, zone 22, 282,000 metres east, 5,393,000 metres north 350° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 175 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 269° 30 grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 2° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 64° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 73° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 150° 30 grid azimuth for a distance of 175 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 180° 30 grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
