Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Cat Box Pond
under the
Environment Act

(Filed April 5, 1999)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Cat Box Pond Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of St. Anthony Bight as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from Military Grid Reference, Zone 21, 602,000 metres east 5,694,000 metres north 10 ° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres from the commencement point.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 298 ° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres.

Then from the above point by a  line drawn at 14 ° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres.

Then from the above point by a  line drawn at 60 ° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 81 ° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 170 ° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 264 ° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
