Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Indian Arm Brook
under the
Environment Act

(Filed November 1, 1999)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Indian Arm Brook Water Supply Area for the Town of Campbellton as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral Districts of Lewisporte and Gander abutted and bounded as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from Military Grid Reference, Zone 21, 640,000 metres east 5,450,000 metres north, 71 ° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,400 metres to the commencement point.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 38 ° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 7,900 metres.
