Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Lower Rocky Pond,
WS-S-0097, Local Service District of Burgoyne's Cove
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Water Supply Area of Lower Rocky Pond WS-S-0097 for the Local Service District of Burgoyne's Cove as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Trinity North abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 298 275 metres and northing 5 340 559 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 514 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 298 471 metres and northing 5 341 035 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 733 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 298 917 metres and northing 5 341 616 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 337 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 299 248 metres and northing 5 341 675 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 300 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 299 513 metres and northing 5 341 818 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 844 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 300 352 metres and northing 5 341 905 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 221 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 300 242 metres and northing 5 341 713 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 294 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 300 225 metres and northing 5 341 419 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 492 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 300 129 metres and northing 5 340 936 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 599 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 299 881 metres and northing 5 340 392 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 418 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 299 663 metres and northing 5 340 034 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 332 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 299 663 metres and northing 5 339 702 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 499 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 299 614 metres and northing 5 339 205 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 299 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 299 462 metres and northing 5 338 948 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 966 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 298 624 metres and northing 5 339 430 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 403 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 298 571 metres and northing 5 339 830 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 230 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 298 526 metres and northing 5 340 055 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 563 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.

All coordinates refer Zone 22 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.

The Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Lower Rocky Pond , Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 641/96, is repealed.
