Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Water Supply Area of Troke's Cove Pond WS-S-0228 for the Town of Embree as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Trinity North abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 644 128 metres and northing 5 461 029 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 321 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 644 026 metres and northing 5 460 724 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 286 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 644 007 metres and northing 5 460 438 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 236 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 643 988 metres and northing 5 460 203 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 296 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 643 874 metres and northing 5 459 930 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 128 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 643 893 metres and northing 5 459 803 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 460 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 643 474 metres and northing 5 459 613 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 382 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 643 188 metres and northing 5 459 359 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 251 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 643 277 metres and northing 5 459 124 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 551 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 642 826 metres and northing 5 458 806 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 252 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 642 686 metres and northing 5 458 597 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 927 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 642 077 metres and northing 5 459 295 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 688 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 642 134 metres and northing 5 459 981 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 978 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 641 842 metres and northing 5 460 914 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 620 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 642 299 metres and northing 5 461 333 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 429 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 642 686 metres and northing 5 461 518 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 688 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 643 366 metres and northing 5 461 410 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 346 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 643 709 metres and northing 5 461 365 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 538 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.

All coordinates refer Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.

The Notice of Protected Watershed Area of Trokes Cove Pond, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 719/96, is repealed.
