Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Uncle Arthur Brook,
WS-S-0697 for the Local Service District of
St. Judes
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Uncle Arthur Brook Water Supply Area, WS-S- 0697 for the Local Service District of St. Judes as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Humber Valley abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 466 535 metres and northing 5 443 439 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 278 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 466 535 metres and northing 5 443 716 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 166 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 466 621 metres and northing 5 443 858 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 99 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 466 714 metres and northing 5 443 893 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 115 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 466 818 metres and northing 5 443 942 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 147 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 466 960 metres and northing 5 443 983 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 153 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 467 113 metres and northing 5 443 980 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 260 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 467 287 metres and northing 5 443 786 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 297 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 467 510 metres and northing 5 443 589 metres;
