Fermeuse Municipal Planning Area (Filed March 25, 2015) Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I define the following area as the Fermeuse Municipal Planning Area. Dated at Keith Hutchings PLANNING AREA Beginning at the point of highest elevation on Butter Pot Hill, that point being a geodetic control point and then running north 3,650 metres, more or less; Then running east 4,400 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre line of the Southern Shore Highway (Route 10); Then running south 75° east 3,350 metres, more or less; Then running south 26° west 450 metres, more or less, to the centre line of the Ferry Road; Then running along the centre line of the Then running south 400 metres, more or less, to the northern shoreline of Then following the shoreline of Then running in a generally southerly direction along the eastern shoreline of the Then running north 65° west 4,400 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre line of the Southern Shore Highway (Route 10); Then running north 78° west 7,150 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
