Under the authority of section 47 of the Public Service Collective Bargaining Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

2. Essential employees

Short title

1. These regulations may be cited as the Public Service Collective Bargaining Regulations .

Essential employees

2. (1) The board shall make a determination under subsection 10(3) of the Act within 90 days of receiving the bargaining agent's objection.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the board may extend the time period referred to in subsection (1) where the employer and the bargaining agent consent.
