NEWFOUNDLAND Special Election of November 30, 2021 Order (Filed October 28, 2021) Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act , I make the following Order. Dated at St. John’s, October 27, 2021. Krista Lynn Howell ORDER
Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Special Election of November 30, 2021 Order . Town of Avondale 2. A special election for a 5 member council shall be held in the Town of Avondale on November 30, 2021 and Karen McGrath is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that election. Town of Bryant's Cove 3. A special election for a 5 member council shall be held in the Town of Bryant's Cove on November 30, 2021 and Michelle Antle is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that election. Town of Coachman's Cove 4. A special election for a 5 member council shall be held in the Town of Coachman's Cove on November 30, 2021 and Jackie Walsh is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that election. Town of Cook's Harbour 5. A special election for a 5 member council shall be held in the Town of Cook's Harbour on November 30, 2021 and Tammy Smith is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that election. Town of Elliston 6. A special election for a 5 member council shall be held in the Town of Elliston on November 30, 2021 and Donna Chaulk is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that election. Town of Pinware 7. A special election for a 5 member council shall be held in the Town of Pinware on November 30, 2021 and Barbara Tracey is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that election. Town of Point of Bay 8. A special election for a 5 member council shall be held in the Town of Point of Bay on November 30, 2021 and Edward Cameron is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that election. Town of Port Kirwan 9. A special election for a 5 member council shall be held in the Town of Port Kirwan on November 30, 2021 and Dana Boland is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that election. Town of Portugal Cove South 10. A special election for a 5 member council shall be held in the Town of Portugal Cove South on November 30, 2021 and Ida Perry is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that election. Town of Seal Cove, Fortune Bay 11. A special election for a 5 member council shall be held in the Town of Seal Cove, Fortune Bay on November 30, 2021 and Cindy Peckford Young is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that election. Town of St. George's 12. A special election for a 7 member council shall be held in the Town of St. George's on November 30, 2021 and Jocelyn Deluney is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that election. Town of Campbellton 13. A special by-election to elect 4 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Campbellton on November 30, 2021 and Gail Cooper is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that by-election. Town of Charlottetown, Labrador 14. A special by-election to elect 4 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Charlottetown, Labrador on November 30, 2021 and Stewart McNab is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that by-election. Town of Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove 15. A special by-election to elect 5 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove on November 30, 2021 and Janine Walsh is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that by-election. Town of Lushes Bight-Beaumont-Beaumont North 16. A special by-election to elect 3 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Lushes Bight-Beaumont-Beaumont North on November 30, 2021 and Nancy Rideout is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that by-election. Town of Port au Port West-Aguathuna -Felix Cove 17. A special by-election to elect 3 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Port au Port West-Aguathuna -Felix Cove on November 30, 2021 and Vanessa Glasgow is appointed as returning officer for the purpose of conducting that by-election. Town of Ramea 18.
