Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act, 1999 , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Burlington Order, 2021 .

        3. The Town of Burlington Order , Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 52/96, is repealed.
