Municipal Elections Act

Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

ORDER

Analysis

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Special By-Election for the Town of Red Bay Order .

Special by-election.

2. A special by-election to elect 5 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Red Bay on August 1, 2023.

Returning officer

3. Sadie Howell is appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of conducting the by-election referred to in section 2.
