Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Oars Pond, WS-S-0204, Town of Crow Head
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as Oars Pond Protected Public Water Supply Area, WS-S-0204, for the Town of Crow Head, as a protected public water supply area .

NOTICE

 

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Lewisporte - Twillingate abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 658,386 metres and northing 5,505,428 metres;

 

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 496 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 658,725 metres and northing 5,505,790 metres;

 

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 120 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 658,731 metres and northing 5,505,910 metres;

 

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 34 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 658,765 metres and northing 5,505,906 metres;

 

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 121 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 658,849 metres and northing 5,505,819 metres;

 

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 79 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 658,928 metres and northing 5,505,817 metres;

 

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 118 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 658,993 metres and northing 5,505,719 metres;

 

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 93 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 659,086 metres and northing 5,505,719 metres;

 

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 39 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 659,087 metres and northing 5,505,680 metres;

 

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 96 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 659,024 metres and northing 5,505,607 metres;

 

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 155 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 659,081 metres and northing 5,505,463 metres;
