Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Bluff Head Pond Watershed, Southport Area as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 22, 304000 metres east, 5325000 metres north, 150° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres to the commencement point.

Then from the above point by a line drawn 177° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 354 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 236° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 692 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 270° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 322 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 07° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 612 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 70° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 402 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 87° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
