Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Cluetts - Bottom Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 580000 5273000 56° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 30° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 06° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 45° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 139° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 875 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 79° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 139° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 204° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 220° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 193° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 260° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 197° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 301° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 246° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 316° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres to the point of commencement.
