Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Cook's Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Leading Tickles as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 614000 metres east, 5481000 metres north, 289° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 343° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 5° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 113° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 194° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 116° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 224° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
