Notice of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Grand Fathers Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 700000 5470000 165° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 150 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 88° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 95° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 232° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,575 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 263° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 292° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 75° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,125 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 64° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres to the point of commencement.
