Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Long Pond Water Supply Area, Burgeo as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 451000 5277000 147° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 77° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 62° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 160° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 67° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 139° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 212° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 182° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 110° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 166° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 275° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 300° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 268° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 213° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 287° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 06° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres to the point of commencement.
