Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Steady Cove Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 655000 5471000 253° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 256° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 271° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 875 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 358° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 35° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 77° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1025 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 165° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 179° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
