CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 911/96

Postville Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96-202)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the Postville Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point, that point being on the northern bank of an unnamed brook where the brook flows into Kaipokok Bay ;

Then in a northeasterly direction along the highwater mark of the shoreline of Kaipokok Bay a distance of approximately one kilometre;

Then due west a distance of 3.95 kilometres, more or less;

Then south 41° 00' west a distance of 2.65 kilometres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill;

Then south 30° 30' east a distance of 1.20 kilometres, more or less;

Then due east a distance of 2.50 kilometres, more or less, to a point on the shoreline of Kaipokok Bay ;

Then in a northeasterly direction along the highwater mark sinuosities of the shoreline of Kaipokok Bay a distance of approximately 3.82 kilometres to the point of beginning.

All bearings refer to grid north and as with distances given are subject to approximation.
