CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 919/96

Robert's Arm Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96-173)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the Robert's Arm Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at the most western point in the shoreline of Bear Cove and then running north 48° west a distance of 1,575 metres, more or less;

Then running north 72° west a distance of 1,100 metres, more or less;

Then running south 55° west a distance of 5,800 metres, more or less;

Then running south a distance of 2,675 metres, more or less, to the mouth of Island Pond Brook;

Then running along the southern shoreline of Crescent Lake to the mouth of First Pond Brook;

Then running east a distance of 8,100 metres, more or less, to a point in the western shoreline of Sops Arm;

Then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the western shoreline of Sops Arm to Sops Head;

Then running across Tommy's Arm to Raft Head;

Then following the shoreline by way of Robert's Arm to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
