This Order shall be considered to have come into force on
December 17, 1996

Schedule
Beginning at a point being the southwestern extremity of West Arm;
Then south 55° west a distance of 1,275 metres, more or less, to the most easterly extremity of Long Arm;
Then south 2° 15' west a distance of 2,350 metres, more or less, to the most easterly extremity of Servier Pt.;
Then following the shoreline of
Triton
Island
in a northeasterly direction to a point midway between
Harbour
Round
Island
and
Nimrod
Island
;
Then north 46° 00' west a distance of 600 metres, more or less, to a high point;
Then north 75° 30' west a distance of 1,150 metres, more or less, to a high point;
Then north 7° 30' east a distance of 550 metres, more or less, to a high point;
Then due north a distance of 300 metres, more or less to a point on the southern shoreline of Little Triton Harbour;
Then along the shoreline of
Triton
Island
in westerly and southerly directions passing
Great
Triton
Harbour
, Butler Cove, to the point of beginning.
All bearings refer to grid north and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping.
