Composition of School Boards Order, 1997

Under the authority of subsection 3(4) of the Schools Act, 1997 , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

Analysis

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Composition of School Boards Order, 1997 .

School board composition

2. In each school district, 15 school board members shall be elected.

Repeal

3. The Composition of School Boards Order, Newfoundland Regulations 80/96, is repealed.
