Under the authority of section 3 of theMunicipalities Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Beginning at a point on the northern shoreline of Summerford Arm known locally as Reddetts Head;
Then running due north 1,650 metres, more or less, to a point on the centre line of Route 344 between Cottlesville and Summerford.
Then north 69° east 650 metres, more or less, to the southeastern extremity of Rushy Cove Pond;
Then north 57° 30’ east 3700 metres, more or less, to the southern extremity of an unnamed pond;
Then following the eastern shoreline of the pond in a northeasterly direction to a point having coordinates north 5,487,200 metres, east 393,285 metres;
Then due east 185 metres, more or less, to a point having coordinates north 5,487,200 metres, east 393,470 metres, that point being 100 metres, more or less, east of the centreline of Highway route 340;
Then south 66° 00’ east, 1,750 metres, more or less, to the westernmost shoreline of Long Tickle;
Then in a generally southerly direction along the western shoreline of Dildo run to a point where the shoreline intersects the Curtis Causeway spanning the Main Tickle;
Then in a generally northwesterly direction along the eastern shoreline of Summerford Arm to a point where the shoreline intersects the causeway linking Strong’s Island with
Then running along the eastern face of the causeway and continuing around the sinuosities of the shoreline of Strong’s
Then running along the western face of the causeway to a point where the causeway intersects the northern shoreline of Summerford Arm;
Then in a generally westerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline to the point of beginning.
All Bearings refer to Grid North and, as with distances given, are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:5,000, Department of Environment and Lands mapping and 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping.
