This Bill would wind up the Economic Advisory Council and vest its assets in the Crown.

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. The Economic Advisory Council Act is repealed.

Disposition of assets and liabilities

2. Notwithstanding subsection 16(4) of the Economic Advisory Council Act, title to all of the property and assets of the council, and the liabilities of the council, are vested in the Crown.
