EXPLANATORY NOTE This Bill would amend the Retail Sales Tax Act to provide for the
reduction in the tax payable at the time of sale of a second hand motor vehicle
announced by the Minister of Finance in the budget speech. |
A AN ACT TO AMEND THE RETAIL Analysis 1. S.3 Amdt. 2. S.17 Amdt. 3. Commencement Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows: RSNL1990 cR-15 1. Section 3 of the Retail Sales Tax Act is amended by striking out the number "15" and substituting the number "14". 2. Paragraph 17(1)(c) of the Act is amended by striking out the number "15" and substituting the number "14". Commencement 3. This Act is considered to have come into force
