SUMS OF MONEY FOR DEFRAYING CERTAIN ADDITIONAL EXPENSES OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE

it appears that the sums mentioned are required to defray certain additional
expenses of the Public Service of Newfoundland and MAY IT THEREFORE PLEASE YOUR MAJESTY THAT- Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and
House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows: Short title 1. This
Act may be cited as the Supplementary
Supply Act, 2009-2010. Supplementary
Supply 2009-2010 2. From
and out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund there may be issued by the Minister of
Finance and President of Treasury Board sums not exceeding $50,000,000 and the
sums so issued shall be paid and applied by the Head of Expenditure in respect
of the financial year extending from Schedule The amount voted in the subhead of the following Head of Expenditure of the 2009-2010 Estimates is increased as follows:
