EXPLANATORY NOTES This Bill would amend the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement Act
to incorporate changes made to the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement which
were finalized in accordance with the Agreement on the effective date, The amendments reflect: ˇ the final List of Non-Beneficiaries who may continue to harvest in Labrador Inuit Lands; ˇ the final Capital Transfer Payments Schedule; ˇ the final Repayment of Loan Amounts Schedule; and ˇ the final Implementation Payments Schedule. |

Sch. Amdt. 4. Commencement Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows: SNL2004 cL-3.1 1. Schedule 12-D of the Schedule to the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement Act is repealed and the following substituted: Schedule 12-D: List of Non-Beneficiaries
2. (1) Schedule 19-A of the Schedule to the Act is repealed and the following substituted: Schedule 19-A: Capital Transfer Payments Schedule
(2) Schedule 19-B of the Schedule to the Act is repealed and the following substituted: Schedule 19-B: Repayment of Loan Amounts *
3. Schedule 23-A of the Schedule to the Act is repealed and the following substituted: Schedule 23-A: Implementation Payments Schedule
Commencement 4. This Act shall be considered to have come into
