Schedule of Fees for Provincial Elections Order, 1996

Election Act

Under the authority of section 103 of the Election Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Schedule of Fees for Provincial Elections Order, 1996.

Repeal

        2. The Schedule of Fees for Provincial Elections Order, 1994, Newfoundland Regulation 13/94, is repealed.

        3. The following fees with respect to elections under the Election Act are approved:
