Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Port au Port West Water Supply Area for the Community of Port au Port West as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 370,000 5,377,000 41° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres to the commencement point.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 297° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 2° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 65° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 97° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 194° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 229° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
