Newfoundland Regulation 1996 Stephenville
Crossing Municipal Planning Area, 1996 Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, I define the following area as the Stephenville Crossing Municipal Planning Area, 1996. Dated at Arthur D. Reid PLANNING Beginning at Indian Head and running north 45° east 3,800 metres, more or less, to the top of a hill south of Gull Pond; Then running north 21° east 2,380 metres, more or less, to the top of a hill northeast of Gull Pond; Then running north 43° east 1,700 metres, more or less, to the top of a hill; Then running south 89° east 4,550 metres, more or less, to the intersection of Rushy Brook with a stream from Long Gull Pond; Then following that stream northwardly to a point situated south 39° west 4,500 metres, more or less, from the northeastern end of Mistaken Pond; Then running north 39° east 4,500 metres, more or less, to the northeastern end of Mistaken Pond; Then running south 35° 30' east 8,000 metres, more or less, to the northeastern end of a pond; Then running south 30° 30' east 4,000 metres, more or less, to the northern bank of St. George's River; Then along an exclusive line parallel to and
400 metres from the Then following that northern bank westwardly to the mouth of Little Barachois Brook; Then following the
coastline of All bearings refer to UTM grid and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 mapping. The
