Fogo Island Region Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act

(July 9, 1996)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, I define the following area as the Fogo Island Region Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

All that area of Fogo Island outside the boundaries of the Fogo Municipal Planning Area, the Joe Batt's Arm ‑ Barr'd Island ‑Shoal Bay Municipal Planning Area, the Town of Seldom ‑ Little Seldom, and the Community of Tilting.

Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 848/96 is repealed.
