Under the authority of section 6 of the Municipal Affairs Act, the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, with the approval of the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

        1.   Councillors dismissed

Councillors dismissed

        1. By reason of improper, irregular and improvident actions on the part of the Conception Bay South Town Council as outlined in a Report of the Auditor General dated April 2, 1996, I, Arthur D. Reid, Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, order that the following members of the Town Council of Conception Bay South be dismissed and they are dismissed from office:
