Health Care Institutions Boards Continuation Order (Amendment)

Under the authority of sections 4 and 5 of the Hospitals Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

1. Section 6 of the Health Care Institutions Boards Continuation Order is amended by striking out the name "Central West Health Care Institutions Board" and substituting the name "Central West Health Board".

2. Section 7 of the Order is amended by striking out the name "Labrador Health Services Board" and substituting the name "Health Labrador Corporation".

3. Schedule B of the Order is amended by adding at the end the following:

4. Schedule C of the Order is amended by striking out the name "Notre Dame Bay Memorial Hospital, Twillingate" and substituting the name "Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate".
