Hospitals Act Schedule Amendment Order
under the
Hospitals Act
(O.C. 96‑700 & 96‑705)

Under the authority of section 3 of the Hospitals Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

        1. The Schedule to the Hospitals Act is amended by adding to it the following institutions:

Dr. William H. Newhook Community Health Centre, Whitbourne
Melville Hospital, Goose Bay

        2. The Schedule is also amended by striking out the name "Notre Dame Bay Memorial Hospital" and substituting the name "Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, and by striking out the name "Blue Crest Nursing Home" and substituting the name "Blue Crest Inter Faith Home".
