Under the authority of section 17 of the Psychologists Act, the Newfoundland Board of Examiners in Psychology makes the following regulation.

1. Section 17 of the Newfoundland Board of Examiners in Psychology Regulations, 1988 is amended by deleting the words and figures "Examination fee $200.00" and replacing it with the words and figures "Examination fee $500.00".
