Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Deep Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Fox Cove‑Mortier as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21 642,000 meters east 5,215,000 metres north 250° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 282° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 05° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 75° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 99° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 135° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 149° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 224° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
