Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Shoal Harbour River Water Supply Area for the Town of Clarenville as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands described as follows:
