Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Southern Cove Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Heart's Content as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference Zone 21 321,000 metres east 5,303,000 metres north 72° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres to the commencement point;
