Town of Bellburns Order, 1997
under the
Municipalities Act

Under the authority of paragraph 3(c) of the Municipalities Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Schedule


Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Bellburns Order, 1997.

Boundaries

        2. The boundaries of the Community of Bellburns are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

        3. The Community of Belburns Order, Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 43/96, is repealed.


Schedule

Beginning at a coastal point in Table Cove, that point being UTM grid coordinate 462,150 metres east, 5,577,700 metres north and running due east 1,850 metres, more or less, to the point at coordinate 464,000 metres east, 5,577,700 metres north;

Then south 12° west 4,800 metres, more or less, to the point at coordinate 464,000 metres east, 5,573,000 metres north;

Then due west 2,450 metres, more or less, to the coastal point at coordinate 460,550 metres east 5,573,000 metres north;

Then following the coastline by way of Belvans Cove to the point of beginning;

All bearings being referred to UTM grid and subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 Map 12‑I/5, Edition 3, 1994.
