Designated Impaired Mobility Parking
Regulations (Amendment)

under the
Highway Traffic Act
(O.C. 97‑113)

Under the authority of section 187 of the Highway Traffic Act, and with the approval of the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council, I make the following regulation.

        1. The Designated Impaired Mobility Parking Regulations are amended by adding immediately after section 7 the following:

Penalty

      7.1 A person who contravenes a provision of these regulations is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to

             (a)  a fine of not less than $45 and not more than $180; and

             (b)  in default of a payment of a fine, imprisonment for not less than 2 days and not more than 10 days.
