Newfoundland Vegetable Marketing Scheme
Discontinuation Order
under the
Natural Products Marketing Act

Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Natural Products Marketing Act, I make the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Newfoundland Vegetable Marketing Scheme Discontinuation Order.

Scheme discontinued

        2. The marketing scheme for vegetables is discontinued.

Repeal

        3. The Consolidated Newfoundland Vegetable Marketing Board Order, CNR 1179/96, the Newfoundland Vegetable Marketing Board Licensing Regulations, CNR 1180/96, the Newfoundland Vegetable Marketing Board Regulations, CNR 1181/96, the Newfoundland Vegetable Marketing Scheme, CNR 1192/96 and the Newfoundland Vegetable Producers Registration Order, CNR 1182/96, are repealed.
