Under the authority of subsection 55(2) of the Judicature Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following rules.

Analysis

        1.   Rule 55 Appendix
 Item J Amdt.

        1. Item J of the Appendix to Rule 55 of the Rules of the Supreme Court, 1986 is amended as follows:

             (a)  in 1 the amount "$50.00" is struck out and the amount "$60.00" is substituted;

             (b)  in 1 the amount "forty cents" is struck out and the amount "$0.50" is substituted;

             (c)  in 2 the amount "$50.00" is struck out and the amount "$60.00" is substituted;

             (d)  in 3 the amount "$20.00" is struck out and the amount "$30.00" is substituted;

             (e)  in 4 the amount "fifty cents" is struck out and the amount "$1.00" is substituted;

              (f)  in 6 the amount "$50.00" is struck out and the amount "$60.00" is substituted;

             (g)  in 7 the amount "$50.00" is struck out and the amount "$60.00" is substituted;

             (h)  in 8 the amount "$20.00" is struck out and the amount "$30.00" is substituted;

              (i)  in 9 the amount "$20.00" is struck out and the amount "$30.00" is substituted;

              (j)  in 10 the amount "$10.00" is struck out and the amount "$20.00" is substituted;

            (k)  in 12 the amount "$20.00" is struck out and the amount "$30.00 is substituted;

              (l)  in 13 the amount "$20.00 is struck out and the amount "$30.00" is substituted; and

            (m)  by adding the following:

                     17.  For each certificate of readiness $60.00

                     18.  For each certified copy $30.00
