Newfoundland Regulation 1997 Insurance
Adjusters, Agents and Brokers Regulations (Amendment) (Filed May 21, 1997) Under the authority of section 44 of the Insurance Adjusters, Agents and Brokers Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following regulations. Section 4 of the Insurance Adjusters, Agents and Brokers Regulations is amended by striking out the words "application for renewal of licence or". 2. Sections 5 and 6 of the regulations are repealed. 3. Section 14 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "cause for suspension, revocation or non‑renewal" and substituting the words "cause for suspension, revocation or cancellation". 4. Section 22 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "cause for suspension, revocation or non‑renewal" and substituting the words "cause for suspension, revocation or cancellation". 5. Subsection 36(1) of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "or renewed". 6. Sections 39, 40, 41 and 43 of the regulations are amended by deleting the phrase "refuse to renew". 7. Section 44 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "suspended, revoked or not renewed" and substituting the words "suspended, revoked or cancelled". ©Earl G. Tucker, Queen's Printer |
