Under the authority of section 20 of the Sheriff's Act, 1991, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

Short title

1. These regulations may be cited as the Sheriff's Fees Regulations, 1997.

Rules of the Supreme Court, 1986 Amdt.

2. Item I of the Appendix to Rule 55 of the Rules of the Supreme Court, 1986, Newfoundland Regulation 279/90 is repealed.

Repeal

3. The Sheriff's Fees Regulations, Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1019/96, are repealed.
